Fresh bread
The "Vinschger Paarl" for a long time our main product and still running upfront today, has in the meantime been joined by 90 different types of bread and rolls.
Among our rich assortment, you’ll find the right bakery goods for every occasion. Enjoy our high-grain breakfast rolls and our savory breads for breakfast, our Italian white bread to go with pasta and our range of pretzels to go with a typical Bavarian veal sausage from Munich.
Our bakers develop new creations all the time, also for special occasions, like the Olympics bread roll at the time of the Olympics at Turin and the World Cup roll for the World Cup soccer events last year.
Some of these rolls have become so popular with our customers that they are now a fixed part of our product range.
Our individual way of baking and the typical taste tells you something about our country as well as the multifariousness of our culture. Our commitment will continue to consist of baking regional breads for you.
Pastry shop
We’ll sweeten your life, too with finest pastries from our Fux Pastry Shop, which is located in the heart of the Old Town of Meran. Our offerings reach across the spectrum from breakfast croissants to a variety of tarts and roulades and individual wedding cakes, according to your very own wishes.
Our assortment is attuned to the season and its fruits. In spring, we bake our “strawberry passions” with strawberries from Martell; in summer, our fruit slices with apricots and plums from the Vinschgau; and in the fall, our chestnut hearts with locally grown chestnuts.
